I spend my working days inside the AI and software tools small businesses keep hearing about, sorting what’s real from what’s hype and what actually saves time. I studied at UC Irvine and have spent years deep in this work.
I run every discovery call, every hour of research, and every report personally — nothing gets handed off or run through a template.
The team behind it
Behind the assessment is a team that pairs technical depth with a finance and consulting background — how a business actually runs, and where the money quietly leaks out. You get both the operator’s eye and the technical one on the same problem.
How we work
We don’t sell software, resell it, or take commissions. The assessment recommends only tools you buy directly from the companies that make them. That independence is the point — our only incentive is that the plan works, which is also why the guarantee puts the risk on us: if we can’t find you at least four hours a week, you don’t pay.
